The preliminary land plan for this 610-acre sustainable community combines 175 acres of organic agriculture with 150 acres of open space and trust lands to form a green buffer between the development and adjacent agricultural land.  A wide range of housing types are provided, including 35 acres of multifamily affordable and senior housing; 30 acres of workforce housing; 20 acres of co-housing; and 20 acres of affordable rental.  A village center of roughly eight acres serves the community, with a joint use school and park facility centrally located on six acres.  Cooperative agriculture is at the heart of the land plan for this innovative community.  Amenity based commercial nodes are connected with pedestrian and bicycle circulation systems to reduce the need for motorized trips within the community.  Roadways designed to accommodate electric vehicles will be constructed of permeable materials.
