The Creekside Master Planned Community included the development and preparation of the overall landscape design guidelines and the landscape designs for the various neighborhood parks, open spaces, streetscapes, town center and multi-family parcels. A 4.3-acre utility corridor/linear park defines the edge of the 230-acre mixed-use development comprising nearly 1,000 single-family homes and 450 apartments; 340,000 sf of neighborhood retail; a 7-acre neighborhood park; and a 20-acre K-8 combined school campus. A 200-acre regional park, high school, community college satellite campus, and public library are included within the overall development as well.
