The landscape master plan for Phase I and Phase II development of a 700-acre mixed-use community included streetscape design, entry monumentation, and master planning for six parks. The HLA Group articulated a project-wide theme that echoed the enduring elements of classic WPA structures found in national parks. The HLA Group created design guidelines for residential, multifamily, and commercial development plantings within the project and assisted the homeowners association to monitor residential plantings to ensure the quality of the landscape is maintained.
