Master Plan for a 92-acre community park encompassing active and passive recreational uses and facilities, including softball diamonds, soccer fields, a Little League baseball complex with concession facilities, group picnic areas, playgrounds for children, tennis courts, volleyball courts, restrooms and other support facilities. The master plan also included a 30,000 square foot library/community center with an informal amphitheater. The western portion of the park contains an oak woodland with a nature center and trails for interpretive/educational programs. South of the existing vernal pool preserve and Kaseburg Creek is an aquatic complex with recreation pool and water slide, Olympic-size pool, and locker facilities.
