The HLA Group assisted International World Peace Rose Gardens in establishing a World Peace Rose Garden within the State Capitol Park in Sacramento, California. In addition to advocating on behalf of the rose garden with the multiple state agencies that oversee Capitol Park, HLA created the garden layout and irrigation plan, and prepared construction documentation.
