Located in the heart of Sacramento’s vibrant urban core, the Eviva Midtown is a mixed-use high rise comprised of 118 apartment units and approximately 5,000 square feet of commercial/retail space. Eviva Midtown was the first Sacramento residential project to feature modular residential construction techniques.
The central rooftop courtyard features outdoor dining and gathering spaces equipped with raised landscape planters, seating areas, community table, outdoor barbeque grill with barstools, firepit, and synthetic turf recreation area for residents and visitors. The project also includes street-level improvements which were designed to meet the Capitol Area Development Authority’s 16th Street corridor greening efforts and City of Sacramento development standards. Integrated stormwater retention planters retain and filter stormwater runoff and ornate tree grates, benches, bike racks create an inviting and enhanced street scene.
